Who we are
Gangland & True Crime Docs is made by Enquirer Media, an independent UK production company. We’re the team behind Enquirer 2.0 on YouTube, where more than 70,000 subscribers follow our films on the British and Australian underworld: the prisons, the door wars, the firms and the men who ran them.
Why we built our own platform
For years our films lived on other people’s platforms. An algorithm decided who saw them, and a policy change could take them away overnight. We wanted a home we control, where the whole catalogue stays up, organised properly, and where the people who watch can talk to us directly.
It’s also where the next stage happens. Behind every film is a mountain of research: court records, press archives, and interviews we film ourselves. Here we can turn that research into longer, professional-standard documentaries for people who want the full story, not the clip.
How it works
The back catalogue is free: make an account and watch. Supporters (£2.99 a month or £25 a year) get the new premium films, the audiobook and the community. There are no ads. Supporters pay for the next film.
